Proactively taking responsibility for alleviating the social burden of Youth Unemployment, Arogen’s commitment to supporting the development of sustainable communities is demonstrated through our Traineeship program and the establishment of Arogen’s training academy. Aimed at instilling purpose and direction in the life of our youth, our process of coaching, mentoring, inspiring and developing, makes available to the local community the skill and knowledge of our Trenchless Technology. This sharing of our knowledge and skill can only foster further community sustainability.
