Arogen’s unblemished safety record is the result of our safe people - right attitude, right approach, skill, experience, competency and safe behaviours. Despite our unblemished record we are not complacent and continue to develop best practice in the prevention of accidents.

Arogen believes that safety must be a shared value in any team environment and safe working is supported by structured educational programs and regular on-site safety briefings. Adopting a preventative approach to employee safety, Arogen health awareness campaigns focus on educating and motivating our employees to make healthier choices that positively impact upon their personal health, work productivity and overall quality of life. Leading by example is an expectation placed on all our managers and team leaders.

Our goal to be community leaders is evidenced in our Silver Partnership with RailCorp and our growing active involvement in RailCorp’s safety competitions and campaigns. Through encouraging employee involvement we promote research and the implementation of the latest safety initiatives.
